Cedar Park, TX | HWY 183A & FM 1431
Cedar Park is growing so fast, it’s hard to keep up! You might have noticed that the land across from the 1890 Ranch Shopping Center in Cedar Park, along 1431 and US 183 Toll, is being cleared to make way for more development. Soon more retail shops and small restaurants will be added in the newly developed Crosscreek Market.
Phase I of the build will include small retail stores such as Woodhouse Day Spa, Mattress Factory, and Eye Mart thus far. There is still plenty of place available for lease if you are interested in securing a great location for your new business venture. Phase II will be constructed upon full build out of Phase I.
