Presidio is Cedar Park’s newest mixed use development. Located on Parmer Lane just outside The Ranch at Brushy Creek neighborhood, Presidio will feature office space, urban lofts and retail and restaurant space.

The first phase of the campus is a 25,000 SF office building that is currently under construction. Completion of the office building is anticipated in August of 2016.  The office building is already 50% leased but there is still 12,500 SF available on the first floor.
