I have been a licensed Realtor since 2004. While pursuing a career in non-profit administration, I began investing in real estate personally and got “the bug”. I love finding great deals, staging, decorating, landscape design and helping people. So, real estate is right up my alley!
However, I wanted to do things a little different that the traditional Agent. I didn’t want to just be a handler of transactions, which is important of course. For me, real estate isn’t just about selling houses. It’s about being part of a community and finding a place you can truly call home. It’s about making a life and creating a lifestyle.
It’s also a big investment! For most people buying and selling a home is one of the biggest financial transactions of their lifetime. I take all of this very serious and work hard to bring peace of mind and education about the process though expert guidance and detailed explanation throughout the process.
With a service first mindset, I pride myself in being an excellent communicator and a natural negotiator. My goal is to educate clients comprehensively so they feel comfortable and confident in their real estate decisions. Combining in-depth market knowledge with innovative marketing strategies and no-nonsense negotiation experience, I am able to deliver a client experience unlike most agents out there today. I promise I will always look out for YOUR best interest.

How did I become the local expert? I work hard to involve myself in my community. I get out there and drive all the neighborhoods, tour homes, work with buyers and sellers, attend City meetings, network with local business owners, volunteer in the schools and I get involved with community groups. Although my passion and career is in real estate, I have always been committed to volunteering with non-profits and serving my local community. I have served on many non-profit boards and currently volunteer in a wide variety of roles around the community. I currently serve on the City of Cedar Park’s PACE Board where I get the opportunity to help guide the City’s Park, Arts and Recreational opportunities. There are great things on the horizon for Cedar Park!
I built Cedar Park TX Living as a local community minded website that strives to be a resource for all things Cedar Park including things to do, local events, real estate and more. As a small business owner myself, I love to give back to fellow local business owners and help promote local by offering free promos in my Business Spotlight section. I believe this makes for a stronger, more vibrant community when we support each other.
As a hobby, I enjoy researching topics and writing Blogs for this website that showcase the Cedar Park Lifestyle. In my real estate career with RE/MAX in Thousand Oaks, CA, I quickly rose to the top and earned a Rising Star award my first year followed by Executive Club and 100% Club. I earned an ePro designation and the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation. I ended my 5 year career in CA with over $19 million in sales volume. When my family moved to North Carolina for my husband’s job, I started Real Estate Technology Associates, a real estate marketing company dedicated to helping Realtors with their online lead generation, web development and branding. We moved to Cedar Park in 2013, following my husband’s career path.
In 2015, realizing that we are Texans for good, I obtained my TX real estate license and started up my real estate sales career again in January of 2016. Jumping back into sales with all of the knowledge and experience I already had, even though I knew no one here, my business took off quickly, earning 100% (over $100k in gross commissions) each year and recently earning Top 5 for RE/MAX in Central Texas region, Number 1 Agent in my office, RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Platinum Club in 2021.
After 19 years with RE/MAX, I recently made a change to a new tech focused brokerage that I believe will allow me to provide an even higher level of service to my clients nd my community. I also have a passion for working with our 55+ community. Over the years I have seen seniors fall prey to unscrupulous sales people. I also understand, from assisting my mother with her housing and financial needs, that it can be very overwhelming and confusing to navigate everything. Many families relocate here for jobs and the parents follow. Managing careers, kids and mom and dad can be a lot to handle.
That’s why I have taken extra training to earn my Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation through the National Association of Realtors. I have worked with many seniors in the area who have sold their homes and downsized to a smaller home or rental apartment. I have also worked with seniors relocating to the area who are looking to enjoy the Austin lifestyle or be closer to their extended families. No matter what the occasion, I am here to guide them every step of the way. Over the years, I have also developed a wonderful team of caring professionals whom I can confidently refer to my clients.
