Situated on the border of Cedar Park and Leander, Caballo Ranch is a newer community of homes just of Ronald Regan Blvd (Parmer turns into Ronald Regan after Whitestone/1431).

This is one of the newer developed areas of Cedar Park with many new restaurants and amenities. With easy access to commuter roads, excellent schools and proximity to parks, this neighborhood is a hidden gem. Tucked quietly off Ronald Reagan, you wouldn’t even know it’s there. Once you go into the neighborhood you are surrounded by trees and well manicured yards. The neighborhood also features a community pool tucked into the back of the neighborhood along Brushy Creek with scenic walking trails.

Conveniently located to access all of Cedar Park’s newest shopping areas along Whitestone and New Hope. At the corner of Whitestone and Parmer (Ronald Reagan) is HEB, Walmart, Goodwill and Home Depot. Also in this area is a local favorite, Red Horn Coffee and Brew. Traveling down New Hope towards 183A you will find Cedar Park’s developing entertainment district with the HEB Center, a new convention center and hotel, SCHEELS and NFM. The Parke and 1890 Ranch shopping areas have all of the major retailers you can think of including Costco, Target, Academy, Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Nordstrom Rack, Michaels, At Home, World Market and many more.

With many new business parks along Ronald Reagan there is an abundance of new locally owned businesses and restaurants. If you are a foodie, this is a great place to be.

If you love the outdoors, there are two nice parks nearby, Williamson County Regional Park and Lakewood Park. With a new extension of New Hope Road to Sam Bass, it’s now easier to access the Regional Park.
