Lakeline Oaks is a neighborhood in SW Cedar Park, Texas located off Lakeline Boulevard and Old Mill in the Cypress Creek area. Homes in Lakeline Oaks are zoned to Naumann Elementary, Cedar Park Middle and Cedar Park High School. Lakeline Oaks is also very close to Cedar Park’s Austin Community College Campus, where there is a shuttle to the Metro Station for easy access to downtown Austin. The neighborhood is conveniently located to access the Lakeline Mall shopping area as well as major commuter roads such as US 183 and SH45.
Lakeline Oaks is one of the few neighborhoods in Cedar Park where students and walk or bike to all three schools. There are also two private schools, Summit Christian Academy and Hill Country Bible as well as numerous preschools and day cares.
SW Cedar Park is also home to the City’s Milburn Park that has a nice public pool, volleyball courts, walking track, community garden, a baseball field, BMX track and soccer fields. It’s also home to several festivals through out the year as well as movies and concerts in the park. Twice a year you can also watch Fireworks at Milburn Park. Nearby, Cedar Park’s newest community park is now being built, Lakeline Park, which will feature a fishing lake, walking trails and more.
