Ground has been broken for the new Crestline at Brushy Creek neighborhood, next to Walsh Hills, off Brushy Creek Rd and several homes are already on the ground. We have been following this project closely over the last year so we can be ready to assist potential buyers in their purchase of a home in Crestline at Brushy Creek.
We love working with new construction buyers to walk them through the process of purchasing a new construction home. We have helped many buyers over the years navigate how to go about making an offer on a new home, understanding builder contracts and their rights and obligations, assisting with design center selections, managing home inspections and holding the builder accountable to deliver a quality home. Toll Brothers does build a nice home, but it’s always good to have a representative on your side to manage the process. The onside sales rep is there to sell the builder’s product. After the sale, you need someone to be there for you, not the builder. You don’t know what you don’t know. We have been through this process many time and we assure you, you need representation.
If you are serious about securing a home in this new development, you need to prepare yourself for when they release he homes for sale. There is a lot of pent up demand for this community and initial releases will go fast (and likely for a premium). We will guide you through third party inspections and be your advocate when negotiations and accountability need to happen with the construction manager. We will see the construction proccees through to the end to make sure you get the high quality finished product you deserve.

Toll Brothers does build beautiful high quality homes, but that doesn’t mean that you don’t need someone familiar with the process on your side. The on-site sales rep is there to manage the sales contract process. The construction manager is there to manage the sub contractors as they build the home. It’s your job as the future owner to ensure that you are getting what you paid for. Things get missed. Questions don’t get asked. Follow-up falls through. You don’t know what you don’t know. And often buyers are out of the area or too busy to manage the process. That’s where we come in.
Crestline at Brushy Creek has been in the works for a while now. This former ranch of 73 acres has been cleared and is being prepped for new home sites. Luckily Toll Brothers secured this beautiful piece of property and will do it justice with beautiful well-built homes.
Toll Brothers will have two collections of homes, The Cypress Collection and the Juniper Collection. The Cypress Collection will be on 60 foot home sites, starting at 2,800 sqft. The Juniper Collection will be for larger home plans on 70 foot lots.
Since it’s right on the border of Cedar Park and Round Rock, the community will be zoned to Round Rock ISD Schools. The address for the community and location of the first model will be 907 Walsh Glen Dr, Cedar Park, TX 78613.
