Cedar Park Neighborhoods

Cedar Park Neighborhoods

Cedar Park Neighborhoods offer a wonderful lifestyle so close to Austin with the benefits of smaller town living like beautiful, well-maintained parks, great schools, major retail and dining options, and much more. Living in Cedar Park has many benefits compared to other Austin suburbs. Read why Cedar Park is the Best Austin Suburb!

The MLS (multiple listing service), when searching for homes, Cedar Park is divided into two areas, CLS and CLN. CLS is primarily south of 1431 (Whitestone) and CLN is north of 1431 and also includes all of Leander.

Looking at a map of Cedar Park, the city can be divided into four areas by the major roadways of 183 Toll and 1431 (Whitestone Blvd).  Each area has its own distinct characteristics. Most of Cedar Park is served by Leander ISD, however, there are some neighborhoods zoned to Round Rock ISD, mostly in the Brushy Creek area, and a small portion off Lakeline is zoned to AISD.
