You know it’s the peak of summer when you are sitting under the night skies listening to patriotic music while kicking back in a lawn chair with the family. Watching fireworks is a family fun adventure that most Americans look forward to every year.

Liberty Hill
Independence Day Spectacular
July 3, 2019 – beginning at 6pm Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at City Park on CR 200. This family-friendly event features loads of fun activities including an Apple Pie and Homemade Ice Cream Contests, Watermelon Seed Spitting Contest, Liberty Hill’s Hot Dog Eating Contest, numerous children’s activities, food trucks, and a variety of entertainment, including an outdoor concert by THE SPAZMATICS, Liberty Hill Day of Giving raffles, and much more. The fun begins at 6pm, and a spectacular 30-minute fireworks show begins after dark.

Cedar Park 
4th of July Celebration
July 4, 2019 – The day of festivities kicks off with a patriotic Parade starting at 10 a.m. The parade route will be along Discovery Blvd from H-E-B Center to the Recreation Center. (map)

The fun will continue that evening starting at 5 pm at Elizabeth Milburn Park, 1901 Sun Chase Blvd. The event will feature live music, bingo, a washer tournament (4pm), air castles, free watermelon and a fireworks display. Fees apply for food concessions, face painting, and carnival games and rides. You may also cool off in Milburn Pool, which is open from 1 p.m. – 8 p.m.! (Daily admission rates apply.) Fireworks will be shortly after dark!

H-E-B Austin Symphony 43rd annual July 4th Concert and Fireworks
July 4, 2019 – Spend this Independence Day with 100,000 of your closest friends! Central Texans will hurry to claim their grassy spot at Auditorium Shores with the Austin Symphony Orchestra this July 4th for the largest Independence Day Celebration in the state. Tens of thousands of families will be decked out in red, white, and blue and heading down to Vic Mathias Shores (formerly Auditorium Shores) this July 4th for an amazing event complete with a fireworks display over the city skyline backed by symphonic patriotic classics. The H-E-B Austin Symphony 43rd Annual July 4th Concert and Fireworks is planned, produced, and performed entirely by the Austin Symphony, with the help of its generous sponsors.

Leander Liberty Fest
July 4, 2019 – Join the City of Leander in celebrating the Fourth of July at Liberty Fest! Located east of the ACC San Gabriel campus in Leander, this family-friendly event includes live music, food, children’s activities, and a spectacular fireworks display. Admission is free.

Sertoma’s 30th Annual 4th of July
July 4, 2019 –  You won’t want to miss this awesome free family event! Come celebrate American Independence at beautiful San Gabriel Park sponsored by Georgetown Sertoma! It’s the perfect shady location for 4th of July outdoor activities including 60 Arts and Craft booths, 20 Food vendors, Kids Activities, Craft Booths and a Petting Zoo. It ends with a spectacular fireworks finale.

Pflugerville Pfirecracker Pfestival
July 4, 2019 – The Pfun begins at The Pfield at 1440 W Pecan in Pflugerville. Schedule of Events include concerts, food trucks and fireworks starting at 5pm. PFREE admission! Pfireworks and Pfun! Check website for details, parking and safety instructions.

Reminder: No alcohol, coolers, tobacco or umbrellas are allowed inside the stadium. All water bottles and bags must be clear. Complementary clear bags are available at the event.

Round Rock
Frontier Days Celebration
July 4, 2019 – The Sertoma July 4th Parade, fireworks, carnival rides, jalapeno pepper eating contest, Swifty Swine Pig Races, children’s games, Sam Bass Shootout, Movies in the Park are all part of the City of Round Rock’s July Fourth Frontier Days Celebration. This year will feature an even grander firework show. Head to the main Frontier Days page to see the entire entertainment lineup.

Parade takes place on Mays Street, between Mays Crossing and Highway 79 and Frontier Days takes place at Old Settlers Park. 9am to 11:30pm.

This event is FREE for the entire family. Movies in the Park will feature a family movie right after the fireworks.
