It’s Rodeo Season in Texas

Laurel Gerencer

We had such a great experience working with Christina and Stephanie. As Cedar Park experts, they really know the market, and since we already had our next home lined up, timing was everything for us. They came in with a clear plan and helped us get our home show-ready with staging, prep, and great vendor recommendations. Their attention to detail and marketing really paid off—we went under contract in just 24 days, even over the holidays! They made the whole process feel easy and far less stressful than we expected. Highly recommend if you want a team that’s knowledgeable, proactive, and truly invested in getting results.

Christina has a wealth of knowledge about the city of Cedar Park and surrounding area. Not only does she work hard for her clients, but also for the residents of Cedar Park through her volunteer work. Not only will she get you into the home of your dreams, she will continue to work to improve your community.

Christina and Stephanie were incredible and I cannot recommend them enough! My husband and I were first time home buyers and we had little knowledge on the whole process. These ladies took us through every step while answering any and all questions we had. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating to our work schedules for viewings and even helped us handle processes while we were away on vacation. They are very knowledgeable on the market, homes, and huge advocates for us during our closing process. They really took the time to learn and understand what we were looking for in a home for our growing family. I cannot thank them enough for making the home buying process smooth and educational. 10/10 experience

Stephanie is exceptional in her work! I put my full trust into her and she did not disappoint! Stephanie made the whole process of renting seamless for me. Her knowledge was impeccable and she cared for the selection of place and area as if i was her own family member and for that I'm forever thankful. I will definitely be using Stephanies help on all my future home rentals! (She even gifted me the cutest front door mat that matched my street name) i mean c’mon i love her!

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with our Stephanie. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to understand exactly what we were looking for. She took the time to find the perfect locations that truly matched our needs and preferences. Her knowledge, dedication, and attention to detail was amazing and she literally found the perfect place for me and my roomie! She was always very responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right and safe home, not just any home. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or rent!!!! She truly makes the experience smooth and enjoyable!

I highly recommend Christina and Stephanie for any of your real estate needs. Our home sold quickly during a normally slow time of year. They gave great advice on staging, did diligent research to determine the sales price, held multiple open houses, followed up promptly on all showings, and were even able to salvage the deal when our buyer decided to terminate the contract. There are lots of realtors out there, but Christina and Stephanie are a cut above the rest!

Christina and Stephanie are literally the BEST in the business. We just built our dream custom home in Liberty Hill and they made this process the easiest! From start to finish, that were available to answer all our questions, join us for all our building meetings and even help us at the design center for Perry Homes. I've recommended them to anyone who ever wants to move to Central Texas. My in-laws have used them and we are repeat clients. You'll be in great hands with them!

Christina Legrand did an exceptional job representing us during our recent move from another state. She answered our endless questions, gave valuable insight into our home search and had an excellent strategy for the offer we submitted. We are delighted with our new home and would highly recommend Christina to anyone needing realty services.

Bottom line: These women DELIVER! Such an experienced professional and creative team. We sold for MORE than we thought possible in this challenging market. We trusted their judgement and recommendations and they paid off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
