The first phase of the campus was completed with an office building. If you are looking for local office space, Contact Us to check for availability. The second phase was completed with urban loft spaces that are currently available for rent. Also completed is the newly opened Mandola’s Italian Kitchen. This long time Austin establishment is a welcomed addition to the Cedar Park dining scene.

Live/Work concepts have been a growing trend in urban living. Cedar Park is working hard to bring such modern amenities to the area as well as retain the small town feel residents love.

The Parmer Lane corridor East of SH 45 and past I35 is a major thoroughfare in Austin with the majority of tech companies now occupying and planned to fill in the area. West of SH 45 towards Cedar Park and through to Leander, Parmer Lane is rapidly developing with master planned housing communities. The easy commute to TechRidge and other Parmer Lane located companies makes areas like Avery Ranch and Brushy Creek attractive places to live, not only for the easy commute, but also for the highly rated schools, clean community feel and excellent amenities. Presidio, once fully developed, will bring a unique mix of commercial and residential to the area.

The Cities of Cedar Park and Leander are working to bring more commerce to the area. They would like to see the cities become more than just “bedroom communities” for Austin, but rather become sustainable cities where residents live and work. Urban Suburban.

The Destination Bell Boulevard project is another consideration to improve Cedar Park in the coming years. Since Cedar Park doesn’t have a traditional downtown, Destination Bell Boulevard was slated to be the hub of Cedar Park. Other areas to be developed include the land adjacent to Cedar Park Center and land currently occupied by Ranger Excavating off Anderson Mill Road.
